KG_BQBetterHud

KG_BQBetterHud is a BetonQuest addon that shows dialogue UI in-game.

Requirements

• Paper/Spigot 1.21+
• Java 21+
• BetonQuest installed
• Outbound internet access for license validation and update checks

BetonQuest integration

Use this in your BetonQuest conversations:

conversationIO: kg_bqhud

Example:

conversations:
  npc_test:
    quester: "Guide"
    conversationIO: kg_bqhud
    first: "start"

Global BetonQuest option (if you do not set conversationIO per conversation):

conversation:
  default_io: kg_bqhud,menu,chest

If default_io still contains kg_hud, replace it with kg_bqhud.

In-game controls during conversation

• Mouse wheel: change selected option
• Right click: confirm / continue
• Jump: confirm / continue
• Sneak: exit conversation
